Making fully grown crops spawn as wild crops in the wild

Hello, i was wondering if it's possible to make fully grown crops spawn in the wild (like flowers) using datapacks. I've seen zero datapacks or discussion on this topic, so i have no choice but to ask here... Hope someone could help!
