LF Datapack for Overall Level

So, I run a small server for my community. I was wanting to give cosmetic ranks based on the native Minecraft stats and playtime. I'm looking for a datapack that gives cosmetic levels for highscores and such. I don't want it to effect gameplay. 
I figured something like this would exsist or that I could make it with command blocks, but I can't find anything.
My idea: player plays, level up, auto rank.
If anyone could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.
Also if this isn't the right place to ask, point me in the right direction. lmao
