Predicate or advancements

Hi there,
Still seeking after optimisations, i heard using a predicate to check an advancement (ex : {"condition":"entity_properties","entity":"this","predicate":{"type_specific":{"type":"player","advancements":{"dimension:saberblue":true}}}}) instead of the argument "advancements=" was better, is it ? Should i do it everytime ?
