Entity Scores Predicate Inaccuracy on Higher Values

I have an id system and for some reason, at higher values, Entity Scores predicate return false at higher values, even if the value is same on the entity AND on the Predicate, any idea why? And if this is a known bug, what is the highest limit it is accurate at?
