Creative fly on survival

yo, in general I'm now doing creative fly for survival and I have a small problem, I'm doing it on version 1.21.4 where all effects can no longer be negative so to set myself no gravity I used attribute however if I give any power that moves me (such as levitation) then every time there is a sliding effect does anyone have any idea how to fix this? or maybe any of you have an idea how I could make it fly a little faster (I'm not going to use teleportation I would prefer something smoother)
