Trying to make a modded fnaf playable map

Hi trying to make this happen tried with command blocks but with no success has its 1.20.1 and have no access to /random (trying to make the fnaf AI to make my map playable) and someone suggested me to try to make a datapack but I have no knowledge on coding or even how to make one
