execute particle doesnt run

i have execute if block -82 63 829 smoker[ lit= true ] run particle smoke -82.5 63.0 829 0 0 0 2 1000 force @a in a commandblock, repeat, uncontitional and always active . But no particles appear. Can someone teach me why?
