Trial Spawner Loot Table [1.21.5]

The Command to place the spawner I'm using is
 setblock ~ ~1 ~ trial_spawner{normal_config:{loot_tables_to_eject:["extraloot:trial_outpost/outpost_spawner"]}}
My Spawner Loot Table is

The Spawner Drops Nothing Does Anyone Know why?
