Underground Firefly Bush Sounds

Hi all. Playing in 1.21.5. I'm pretty new to datapacks, and I've been trying to research how I would make firefly bushes still emit their ambient sounds even while they are underground and have solid blocks above them. Also how to remove the specificity of it needing to be nighttime. Basically, I want firefly bushes to be able to make their ambient sounds in the below situation. Any help or even just letting me know if this is possible would help me a great deal. Thank you!
