MAKE DIAMOND ORE RARER (NOT SOLVED) 🙏🙏😭😭

i've been trying for hours and I cant seem to figure this out 😭 this is my first time creating a datapack and I'd like to replace all diamond ore generation and make it rarer, could someone help me with this? sorry if this is the wrong place to ask
