Unknow function

Hi. It's the first time that I have to create a datapack for my map. I think it's a recurrent mistake and I apologize for this.
My datapack is shown when I do /datapacks list, however, my function doesn't exist.
I've checked all my files, the structure of it, and everything seems fine.
Can you help me with that please ?
