remove Too expensive on anvil if trying to enchant a stack of items

Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to remove the "Too Expensive" icon for when you try and enchant more than 1 thing at a time in the anvil in a datapack If you are in creative mode it only lists the enchantment cost as 40. So I'm wondering if it was possible to do in survival
