Scoreboard to give player item

Hello, I'm trying to create an enchantment that gives players a certain item depending on a randomly generated number. I have some scoreboards setup, However currently it does not do anything. Attached are the pictures of the functions I currently have, and the section of json file for the enchantment that relates to activating the functions.
