Datapack won't start due to Registry Loading error

I have a datapack, I'm working on, and there's no errors in Visual Studio, but on startup the datapack won't load into the world. I've quadruple checked everything and can't seem to figure out what exactly is causing the issue, so I was wondering if I can have someone else take a look at it too just to see if I missed something. I'll post the logs and the code in the comments!
