How to fix broken scoreboards with NBTExplorer?

Today, most if not all scoreboards from the datapacks I'm using on my server have broken down for no apparent reason. Specifically, ones that were triggerable before (such as home or back from Vanilla Tweaks) would now display You can only trigger objectives that are 'trigger' type when trying to trigger them. They somehow became non-triggerable. Luckily, I've had a backup of the server from some time ago, so I downloaded the broken scoreboard.dat file and replaced it with the one from the backup. While the scoreboards work fine with the older file, I'd love to try fixing the more up-to-date file and uploading it back to the server. The thing is, I'm not very familiar with NBTExplorer and I'm not sure where can I change whether or not a scoreboard is triggerable (and if that's possible at all)
