Recipes not working

Hey this is my first time making a datapck and I'm trying to make it so that rottenflesh can be smelt/smoked/campfired into leather though it doesn't seem to be working. If anyone could help me debug this it would be great! I'm running 1.21.5 on fabric if that makes a difference.
