Struggling with jigsaws part 2

When I try to generate my jigsaw structures in world, the only block that shows up is the block I'm replacing the the initial jigsaw with (the one placing the structure), so I don't think it is placing at all in world. It works fine when I manually place it with the jigsaw. I'm not sure why this would be, is there anything I can send to help debug?
