Add an NBT tag to an item when it is enchanted at an enchanting table

I pretty new to making datapacks (I've only ever made one and it was a long time ago), but I figured it shouldn't be too difficult to make one that adds an nbt tag to an item when it is enchanted based on the enchantment, but I have no clue how I would actually do that.
