Amending the fishing junk loot table

I found the original fishing junk loot table through the misode.github.io loot table generator's presets and added an entry that allows for small dripleaf to be fished in lush caves biomes. However, when I then try to fish in lush caves with this active, I just reel in nothing instead of getting junk pulls. What am I doing wrong?
