Finding items

This isn't really smth about datapacks, but anyway...
How could I find a specific item (inside a container) anywhere in my world? The item in question is a dragon egg, so that should make it easier I suppose.
I have acces to commands and the world folder if that helps? Just trying to find it in a copy world so that I can locate it in the original survival world.
If it's possible, how? Please help me
