Disable crafting and enable crafting

Please help, I'm trying to find out if it's possible to turn off crafting, for example, a stone pickaxe, and for example, enable crafting a pickaxe after killing 5 zombies. If it's possible, how? I know how to turn off crafting but I don't know how to turn it back on.
