Questions (other post was a mess up)

Is it possible to create a datapack that when I right click a carrot on a stick in the air that it would tp me 100 blocks forward or backwards on the z or x coords? Like from 0 0 it would go to 0 100 than 0 200. Or 0 0 to 100 0 and 200 0 etc?
