help with commands

i am using multiverse plugin, and i made a command block that when you click it it teleports you, and lights up a redstone lamp when you tp, but if the world isnt created it doesnt teleport you, but it stills light up the lamp. how do i make it so only IF I SUCESSFULLY TELEPORT ( the command runs ) it lights up?
