Blocking multiple paths in pack.mcmeta

I can't find a clear answer on how to block multiple paths. All examples of blocking show a single filepath.
In the image attached, I'm trying to remove both the recipe for anything beginning with "dried", AND wolf variants. The result is a datapack validation error.
What's the proper format for doing this? I've tried lots of different variations with no success.
