Chiseled Bookshelf locking

Hi there,
I'm sure there's a way to avoid players stealing books from a chiseled bookshelf even in gamemode adventure but when i'm looking for this on web i only find a million tutorials on secrets doors made with them, and not a real lock parameter...
Can someone tell me the data needed ?
