Huge wall at certain distance

So, I'm searching for a way to have a huge wall generate at a certain distance from spawn (e.g. 14000 blocks), enclosing a square chunk of land with a side of the mentioned distance times 2 (14k blocks distance, 28k block each side of the square).
This is so going to the edge of my distant horizons server's world doesn't look weird.
Any ideas?
