HELP WANTED: "The Wooden Only!" Pack

I wanna make a data pack that makes it so every plank variant is replaced with Oak planks, much like the old Beta days Like how every log only gives oak and loot tables get stuff replaced with its oak equivalent. Can anyone help with that?
