structure generation issue

i successfully made an own dimension with an own biome, now i want a structure to generate there. the structure i could successfully register to the game, meaning i can load it. but when i load it its empty. i tried loading with a structure block but that works. its also mentioned by /locate structure command in my dimension but there is emptyness. help pls
