Loot table generator help.

I am creating a data pack but i dont know the correct ways of saving it. I want to make dragon eggs spawn in minecraft specific chests and i have done that but when i downloaded the data pack files and went to my world, the eggs dont show up in the chests. What am i doing wrong?
