yo im new to data packs and im trying to remove the raw ore block recipes

i used this video :https://youtu.be/gfl0zkXty3A?si=kWUB6U6z9kQFOGQR and for some reason it wont work? i have the pack.mcmeta file the same as his and the version is correct and its in the right world.
