Independant enchantment on crossbow

Hello, I'd like to make a very fast crossbow using Quick Charge V. This ability is supposed to be internal to the crossbow, meaning that the enchantment in question doesn't influence the item's glint, its compatibility with other enchantments and, above all, that it doesn't disappear with a grindtsone.
After many try and some research, I don't manage to do it so I want to know if this is possible.
