Function won't load

So, I'm making a datapack to integrate my Kubejs item in order to spawn a structure but for some odd reason trying to make a function for it doesn't seem to wanna load in-game. Am I doing something wrong? (Oh yeah the syntax error is from a structure that is modded so that's why it recognized it as an error.)
