any way to make vertical tp seamless?

I've noticed that when teleporting vertically it does not do so seamlessly, horizontal is fine, but vertical is very noticeable, is there any way to solve this? I've tried to offset the tp, and putting it a half block lower does help, but it's not a perfect fix
