I try to append data enchantment in 1.21.1

I want to make like anvil I try use insert from slot 1 to slot 3 and use append data enchant from slot 2 to slot 3 but is have problem append enchantment must is "minecraft:": i dont know how can get data like this or have other methods to do like this
