New Fuel Types?

In Vanilla 1.21.4 is it possible to add Furnace fuel types via a Datapack? When I try and Google/Search for this sort of thing I get blinded by all the articles that talk about regular fuel types for vanilla and not modding/datapacking. Thanks in advance!
