how do i convert a score to text

Now i know this sounds weird..
but in /title i want to display everyones current lives as ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ 
but if they lose one  ❤️❤️<:heart_black:1011266148228145222>, will show up for that player.
and i want to display it as every single one btw.
