Change stone in a cave biome

Hello, so I am making a cave world for 1.21.3 and I've made a custom biome, it works great except I was wondering if theres a way to change all the stone in that biome to be deepslate/tuff/basalt (in like, blobs so its not ugly) ? I tried a few things but I'm a bit stuck
