Nbt to component syntax

I am currently struggling with updating an nbt tag to a component. The included photos include a screenshot of a line of code that works in 1.18/1.19 I think and another screenshot of what I put into the conversion site. A third screenshot shows where I tried putting the converted component into the tags with no luck.
