When reloading not getting notified by datapack

I am trying make a simple datapack for a custom mace but i think i screwed something up because when i do /reload my minecraft doesn't give me the messsage that the pack is reloaded, Can you please help me fix this? PS. my screenshots don't save so i can't send them with this text
