Change the speed of boats on ice

Is it possible to adjust the speed of boats on ice? Default is 40m/s on normal/packed ice, and then 70m/s on blue ice. Imo that's way too fast. I fear they hardcoded it :/ I can't find anything online talking about it, so maybe someone here can verify
