Disable Ghast explosions without disabling MobGriefing

I'm trying to disable ghast griefing (so the explosion does damage, but not destroy any blocks or create any fire), but I don't want to disable MobGriefing in general.
The ghasts are spawned with a command, if that makes it easier.
