Worldgen Dp Tweaks Help

I'm trying to figure out how to add compatibility between two packs, tectonic and blooming biospheres, the issue I'm experiencing is that with these two packs combined the tide pools biome from blooming biospheres do not appear. I've tried to increase how often the tide pools spawn, but I don't seem to know what I'm doing.
