custom enchants in books

while giving components to an enchanted book using basicly every command using the 1.21+ syntax, you need to use stored_enchantments and i cant figure out how to put datapack enchantments since youre not allowed to do stuff like minecraft:sharpness just sharpness:1, feather_falling:4, etc. is there any way to implement namespace:enchant in commands?
