Is it possible to make other items drop from decaying leaves? 1.21.4

Similarly to how apples on occasion drop from decaying oak leaves is it possible to modify loot tables so that other items can drop from different types of leaves. not replacing the sapling and sticks that fall from the trees but adding a separate item entirely?. this item would also have custom model data?
