How to /say a message when a loot table result is drawn?

I'm trying to use a datapack to create a casino-style slot machine, and I want to broadcast a message when a Jackpot is drawn. I read online that commands cannot be issued in loot tables in vanilla minecraft, so I am wondering if there is a simple workaround I am overlooking. Thank you in advance.
