Simple recipe datapack isn't working

Attached is my datapack. It's made for minecraft 1.20.4. Basically I want to change the lodestone crafting recipe to the new one (where it uses an iron ingot instead of netherite). I followed a tutorial and think I have it formatted correctly, but it isn't working when I try it in-game. Any advice is much appricated!
EDIT: Okay, I got it working (sort of). I couldn't get my datapack to work no matter what I tried, but I tried moving my lodestone.json file into a vanilla tweaks pack that I downloaded, and that worked. But, for some reason, it only worked if I navigated into the zip file and pasted it in without extracting it. If I extracted the zip file, put the json file in, and then zipped it back up, it wouldn't work. It's good enough for me, I just figured I'd say it in case someone ever finds this and it helps them
