Any way to reduce trial spawner cooldown by default?

Im looking to change the trial spawner timer from 30 minutes to 10 minutes on the server with a datapack. Is there any way I can change 1 file and have this apply to all spawners or do I have to do some other magic to get this working. Secondly is there a way to automatically reset rewarded players on the vaults and ominous vaults.
