Looking for a tutorial or a guide (Java/1.21.4)

Yea, idk if this is reasonable to make a post about. But I am working on a data pack with custom items and I want to make so that the blocks can be placed. So i need to make the item frame with cutom item model detect the placement, place a display entety with the custom item display. And then a block in it so it has hitbox. And then ofc an achievement system to drop it whenever i break it. I was looking online and all I could find were outdated and didnt work. I am too dumb to fix them so if anyone got a tutorial or a guide I can follow please post it here. Thanks
