Structure Datapack Validation

I'm making a datapack that is ment to genorate a structure inspired by subnautica habitats. I can't seem to fingure out why it wont validate. The version is 1.20.1. The error for the failed validation is attatched. This is like a problem I had before but i solved it before and then lost the files so I'm doing over again.
