True Invisibility 🫥

So, this isn't super important at this very moment, but I was recently thinking about ways to make a True Invisibility effect, where worn armor becomes invisible too. How would I do this? It should also work on mobs ^^ (Btw I'm planning to use a scoreboard timer for it)
